Product Features

1. The angular clamp design combined with a “hemispherical” locking force prevents workpieces from lifting.

2. Two operating modes available: booster type and mechanical type.

3. The vise body is made of FCD-60 spheroidal graphite cast iron.

4. All sliding surfaces of the vise are hardened to HRC45° for durability and precision.

5. The vise body height and positioning key slots are precisely controlled, allowing 2, 3, or 4 units to be used together.

6. Four different clamping methods are available for your selection.


The height and positioning key slots of each vise are precision-controlled to fixed dimensions.

L-dimension tolerance: less than 0.02 mm ,H-dimension tolerance: less than 0.02 mm
